2022 年 6 月宣布交易時，合並後的實體估值約為 1.1 億美元。預計 VSee 股東將獲得 6050 萬美元的股票，iDoc 投資者將獲得 4950 萬美元。

Digital Health 于 4 月份將交易完成日期延長至 6 月 30 日，同時也延長了過橋票據和 30 萬美元私募融資的到期日。

去年，SPAC 又增加了兩筆高達 200 萬美元的後備資金和證券購買協議，以支持這些交易。

Digital Health Shareholders Unanimously Approve VSee Lab and iDoc Telehealth Acquisitions

[06-13-2024] Digital Health Acquisition announced shareholders by unanimous vote agreed to combine with VSee Lab, a telehealth software company, and iDoc Telehealth, a neurocritical care and intensive care telehealth provider.

There were no redemptions, the SPAC added.

At deal announcement in June 2022, the transaction had a valuation of approximately $110 million for the combined entity. VSee shareholders are expected to receive $60.5 million in stock and iDoc investors are to receive $49.5 million.

Digital Health in April extended the completion date to June 30, as well as the maturity date on its bridge notes and a $300,000 private placement.

The SPAC in the last year has added two backstops for up to $2 million and securites purchase agreements to support the deals.
